The resort has beautiful pools and a lovely beach, though some areas need attention regarding cleanliness. My experience with the rooms was frustrating due to several cleanliness issues and a bad smell which made it difficult to enjoy my stay. The staff did their best to accommodate us, but the overall service could improve as well. Despite these setbacks, the breakfast offered a wide variety and was quite tasty.

My stay at the Pandanus Resort has been nothing short of amazing! The gardens are beautifully maintained and the staff made me feel special throughout my visit. The bungalows are spacious and comfortable, right by the beach, making it easy to relax. The dining experience was exceptional, especially the breakfast. However, I did wish there was waiter service by the pool and some entertainment was disrupted due to a party nearby.
